About BIG APE
The Big Apple Peering Exchange™ [Big APE] (formerly NY6IX) is an IP-based Gigabit Ethernet Exchange (IX) located at telx 60 Hudson Street, 9th Floor in New York City for the purpose of exchanging Internet Protocol (IP) traffic.
Big APE has a number of limited GigE ports extended from 60 Hudson Street out to 111 8th Avenue (Suite 734) and 25 Broadway (5th Floor), and is available on a complementary basis. Ports at these two sites will be transported over dedicated wavelengths.
